Multiple-choice testing is NO LONGER USED to screen candidates for employment opportunities. You do not need to travel and make appointments to be considered; you are able to apply and test from anywhere, at any time.
Training and Experience Evaluations will be used moving forward to determine an applicant’s eligibility to be considered for hire, for any given position. The “test” will be our review of the application and attachments you submit when applying. We will evaluate your work history and educational achievement, relative to the established minimum qualifications of the title to which you have applied, and based upon this review, issue a grade result. In this way, it is a test.
Note: To ensure accurate evaluation of your submission, it is important to provide complete and detailed information in your application, including a detailed description of the duties performed in each job listed, average hours worked per week, and providing qualifying education documents.
